Parents Association

The Coláiste Éinde Parents’ Association is made up of all parents/guardians of pupils attending the school and is associated with the National Post Primary Parents Council.

The aims of the association include:

  • The advancement of the moral, mental, physical, social, and cultural wellbeing of the students of Coláiste Éinde and of the Community generally.
  • The fostering of good relations between parents, teachers, students, and the school authorities.
  • To be a means of parents getting together, to get to know each other and to give support to the school.
  • Acting as an advisory body, representing the views of parents on school policies and activities.
  • The election of parents’ nominees to the Board of Management.

The annual general meeting takes place in September/October each year.

The affairs of the association are administered by a Committee, consisting of no more than 12 parents, elected each year at the AGM. The committee meets at least 4 times during the school year.
