Coláiste Éinde wishes to acknowledge receipt of funding under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), secured through the EU NRRP Facility. Funding awarded enables schools to address the needs of learners at risk of educational disadvantage arising from a lack of access to necessary digital infrastructure. The aim of this funding is to reduce the digital divide and has been invested in the following ways:
- Provision of additional digital resources for use by students
- Class set of laptops
- Chromebook devices
- Upgrading of existing computer rooms
- Investment in digital infrastructure to support teaching and learning
- Installation of interactive projectors
- Installation of additional Wi-Fi points to allow for use of mobile devices
- Rolling out of initiatives to promote the use of digital technologies
- Extracurricular opportunities
- Computing lessons
- STEAM Workshops
